Mike and Stacy M.
Business Owner
Big Feast is owned and operated byMike & Stacy Mulcahy. Based out of Maple Ridge, BC., they have more than20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Together, their passion for great food, exceptional service, and supporting local initiatives and farmers helped to conceive the vision of this unique bistro.
Mikeis a Red Seal Certified Chef; he brings with himextensive knowledge of menu development and restaurant design, and has helped open more than 25 restaurants across Canada. He has been a part of extensive training and development at various institutes including The Culinary Institute of America in California and The Walt Disney Institute in Florida, and hasjoined together in partnership with celebrity chefs such as Rick Bayless, John Ash, and Catherine Brandel to work on menudevelopment. Together these things have helped fuel Mike’s passion for hospitality and food.
