Specialties

The Wholistic Hall is a space for the community to thrive in uniting the body, mind and spirit in the heart of downtown London. Through daily yoga classes, hula hooping, wellness workshops, community acupuncture, Ayurvedic consultations, craft activities, local sales, movie nights, potlucks, gatherings we unite the community.

History

Established in 2014.

After returning from Australia in 2010, owner Candice Sheriff began planting her roots in London’s downtown creative community. An inspiring trip to India which fuelled her passion to make yoga more accessible to people from all walks of life. This experience is what really solidified and put into motion her aspiration to create a simple, modest space in which to share the practices that have helped her so much in her own life– of yoga as a way of life. And so was born Wholistic Hall, a labour of love, a practice of passion.

For students, this is a space to learn and grow…

For teachers, this is a space to teach, and share knowledge…

For practitioners, this is a space to offer healing…

For change-makers this is a place to connect and offer workshops…

May we all contribute to a thriving and engaged community!
