Protein! Great selection of carved meat. Roast beef, prime rib, lamp, pork, ribs, stuffed chicken and it’s cooked to perfection. The décor is nice. The service is great. Our waitress was friendly and the guy carving the meat was great! They have a large selection if desserts and the taramaso tasted superb. You could really taste the rum! The food selection is very international. Here are hardly any actual chinese dishes. My only complaint and the only reason I can’t justify 5 stars is some of the dishes were cooler than the should be. It maybe due to maybe some if the hot plates not being at the right temperature. If you can overlook that you have to try this place!

Great place and nice décor for such a huge building but that’s where it ends. Normally I’d write a long version for a review but there not much to say. The food in the steam tables is cold or re-cooked many times over. It’s almost like they reheat things that didn’t sell the day before. Beef was over done & hard cold, no sushi in the sushi bar, 3 selections of ice cream… etc Staff were friendly and the owner or manager after speaking with him didn’t seem to care about our dismay. One can only hope they improve as its still a new place, lunch was 13.99. Pros — Potential Cons — cold food, left overs, staff hygiene, no hairs nets for kitchen workers, location, staff handling chicken then beef with not easy of hands.(Just things i seen while dining. I hope it’s gets better)

This new buffet style restaurant just opened August 19, 2015. I ended up seeing it in the newspaper on the 20th and came in later that evening. When you get there you will find a large building with lots of parking right out front. When I came in the first thing I noticed was cleanliness. The floors looked as though I could eat off them! A host immediately seated us and then we were off. After you are done each plate a waiter will come to take your used dish away and make sure you are content, have water/drinks and can give you suggestions or tips. Our waiter was an older man who was amazing. Really the type of person you would find at a casual upscale New York steakhouse! This is a traditional buffet style restaurant so you will be going down the aisles and picking your own food. I guarantee that there is something for everyone. The emphasis seems to be on their roasts. You can choose from pork, beef, lamb and more! And the deserts! There is a frozen yogurt bar, like 10 different flavours of ice cream, tiramisu, cheesecake, fruits and whatever else you imagine. After all is said and done this place still is very similar to any other buffet, so if you like buffet style food than you will love The Roast. You can expect to pay 11.99 to about 18.99. I went on a Thursday for dinner and it was 16.99 for dinner. Give this place a shot next time your looking for something new and you won’t be disappointed!
