The service is outstanding. So rare in retail these days. I wish that I had caught the name of the young man who could not have been more helpful.
Week one I had him running around the store looking for my size. We thought that we had found it but I discovered after I had left that the size on the box didn’t match the boots inside. First return trip.
Week two saw me bringing those unworn boots back because they didn’t fit well. Second return trip. This time he went looking for my size in a boot made in Canada. Wait for it — he produced one MADE IN LONDON. On sale. With a waterproof guarantee.
I’m happy and cozy in my not made in China waterproof boots. Like them more every day.

I had a problem with some boots & sent the company an email. Low & behold I not only got a response quickly from the company, they also sent me what I needed to resolve my problem.
I wish that all companies would read their emails like this company does; most companies have a spam filter that simply collects the comments!
