Just returned after a couple nights in London and a stay at the Station Park All Suite Hotel. In a previous job that required me to stay whole weeks in London for work, this place was home, it was spacious, roomy, fairly modern, had a great in room dining experience and is centrally located to most things downtown London. So when trying to book another well recommended spot in London fell through I figured it was definitely worth checking out, so I booked. SP is located on Pall Mall, which if you’re driving north on Richmond is quick right turn at the intersection where Jack Astors is. Alternatively Wellington Rd essentially ends at Pall Mall, so you’ve got a pretty direct shot to get here from the 401. Walking in, the lobby recently completed a total makeover — I was totally impressed. New tables and lobby couches, co-working space, tables with plugs and stools, a totally accessible business space. Very impressive. Over all the new lobby gave me a 5 star impression of the space Parking was the same as I remembered, underground to the right of the building but disappointingly $ 12/night, kind of a let down when you’re already paying $ 150+ /night. Take away ½ a star. I had a room on the 8th floor and was looking forward to the modern amenities I remembered from a few years back, the King sized bed with separate suite for living room, office space and dressing/bathroom. However, what I got was not what I remembered. This room was incredibly dated, the furniture seemed to be from a time forgotten, the carpet and paint a tad faded and yellowed in some spots and the bed, while comfortable enough to sleep on, creaked a lot when I moved on it. The bathroom wasn’t very impressive at all, just a standard tub shower with a while plastic curtain — not what I remembered or expected. I will say that it was clean. Take away 1 star. I was pretty excited about ordering some room service breakfast so I could work in my room the entire day, but when I called down to the front desk they informed me that they didn’t offer in room dining anymore, only a complimentary continental breakfast, which I tried on morning number 2 and it was OK, but a total let down from what I was expecting/one of the reasons I booked here. Take away 1 star. At best I’d say that SP is a hotel in transition, making moves to be a better hotel and provide a premium experience to their customers. I mentioned my disappointment in my room vs. the opulence of the lobby and the front desk staff gave me the impression that changes were on the way. So I’ll give back ½ a star. In London? Give it a shot, I think it’s still one of the better options, but now you know the full story

Hotel is in a GREAT location. Stayed in a superior suite on the 10th floor while in town for 3 days a Wedding. The room was clean and had decent space. I might have given this hotel a 3-star rating, but the performance of the hotel staff earned it a 4-star rating. I had multiple positive interactions with the front desk, room cleaners, and breakfast support staff. The room cleaner made eye-contact with me and was really friendly. The only negatives are listed in other reviews: you pay for parking, and we could hear the Saturday-night partying from the street-level bars nearby. I will return for my next visit to London.

Great interior etc… I would not recommend staying here on the weekends since students from the university rent out the rooms so they can party in the halls, run between rooms, slam doors and then go out to the clubs… Then they return at 2am… Ugg, not a great night sleep… Maybe management could reserve floors for non party people…

We stayed in the Superior suite. The room and bathroom were very clean which was nice. The room had a nice seating area and a little fridge and microwave. There were lots of positives. The downside was the door to the room does not do a good job blocking put the sound. The bathroom was very clean but dated. I found the bed to be ok at best. I have slept in other hotel beds that were more comfortable. Definitely a very solid three star hotel.

Good place, spacious suite. I didn’t have the«super» suite, and didn’t need it. They have a whirlpool and sauna room in their gym! More or less near alot of restaurants of downtown London.

Station Park All Suite Hotel is one of the better places to stay in London. The location is central and I appreciate that every room is a suite equipped with a small fridge and microwave, so I can easily bring my own food along. I’ve always had excellent service here, and the staff seem pretty eager to please. There are some decent entertainment venues and restos in walking distance of the hotel — a big bonus if you don’t want to drive all over the city. I highly recommend you pay the extra money for the superior suite: you won’t hear as much noise from the street below(club area) and you will appreciate the décor, too. I was confused last time I visited and I didn’t realize there was such a difference in types of rooms. Fortunately the hotel manager went out of his way to make it up to me and next time I will be staying in a superior suite. The elevators are a bit slow at times but that won’t stop me from returning here!
