It’s a bit older and a little hard to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms could use updating.

OK experience, for the most part. I spent a night here last month when I had my friends in town; I got the adjoining room and we had a relaxed movie and beer night. Let’s start with the good stuff! The room itself is quite nice. Beautiful and comfortable kingsize bed that was separated by french doors from the rest of the room. Nice, clean bathroom with a separate area for my gf to do her makeup. Spacious living room with an older bulky TV(didn’t bother me since the bedroom had a nice flatscreen), and some comfortable couches — perfect room for a movie and beer night. The mini fridge was five feet from the couches. Score! The front desk staff were great. No qualms there. A really nice touch is the free coffee and cookies in the lobby. I’m going to emphasize the cookies because not only was it a great marketing ploy(which almost makes me forgive everything wrong with this hotel) but the cookies themselves were –soft– and –chewy-. Keep doing this forever, Quality Suites. I didn’t really take advantage of the free breakfast but my friends did and from what I hear, it was decent. What wasn’t so awesome? When I moved the bureau with the flatscreen TV into the living room, behind it was a mound of shaved hair and a giant ol bug. Huge turnoff to have something so close to the bed. It’s not as if the bureau was laying flat on the carpet either; it stood on four legs about one foot off the ground for easy cleaning. The other turnoff? Carpeting. I know it’s pretty standard for hotels of this age, but man, I passionately hate carpeting in a hotel. Who knows whats living in there. Anyway, I know I wouldn’t have seen what I saw had I not moved the bureau, but I did. We wanted a good TV for our movie-watching in the living room. Tempted to rate the place lower but that would mean ignoring the good points.

Staff is friendly. .and they try hard to keep the hotel clean. But this hotel is old and dated. Carpets are stained… heater makes the loudest noise ive ever heard at a hotel. Another odd thing is it takes 2 to 3 flushes to clear the toilet. It may just be me but I can’t stomach the breakfast. I’ve stopped eating it cause it seems to ruin me. Some rooms have toaster ovens and others dont. Ive been here for 3 weeks now and even though I leave the dnd sign out they still knock on the door for housekeeping. I even got a call today from front desk asking if I want housekeeping. I assume the rates here are cheap(company is paying for the room) so if you want a night or two its probably well worth it. Longer stay I don’t recommend.

We loved this place! We made reservations here and after a long day of driving, this place was great. We arrived at night and was welcomed in the lobby. When we got to our room, it was very nice and clean — there was a kitchenette next to a sitting area with a TV, a bathroom next to that, and the bedroom was in a third room behind French style doors. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The Wireless was fast and the fridge kept our drinks cold. The hotel is a nice building lined with mature trees and fresh air swirling about. The parking can get a little cramped and you may have to hike it a little if you park at night, but that was not a problem for us. We had breakfast in the morning too. The breakfast did have powdered eggs and a waffle maker, along with cereals and fruit — nothing to get excited about, but better than some other hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again. Based on the niceness of the room at an affordable price — 5 stars…

The suite was nice, the bed was a decent size, and everything was clean, but the pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable. My back is so sore and I had a really hard time sleeping. Also, we ended up having incredibly incredibly loud neighbors. That’s not the fault of the hotel or anything, but it made my sleeping not really possible. I called first at 1am, reported them, and then they left. They came back at 4am, brought 2 males with them(there were 2 girls I think first), and continued to be super loud. I had to call again. That finally shut them up, but it was so annoying that I couldn’t sleep because of the bed and the people. That’s why there are 3 stars. I know they could’ve been kicked out of the hotel, but they should have been moved to another room.
