Delicious fish & chips! Their homemade tarter is good. Not overpowering, but mild and tasty. Their fish has a nice crisp with an airy batter. The fish is super moist! Overall it was a good experience. About $ 11 for a plate of fries with a nice piece of fish. Great service as well.
My only complaint is the plating. We ate there, and they served us with a cafeteria orange tray that was a little odd. A nice plate would have been preferred.

You have to dig deep in London ON to find an eatery whose food is not, in a word, terrible. This place is a total anomaly for London, in that it is the best fish and chips I have ever had in my life. Anywhere. Hands down. Including in Ireland and England. This place is so popular that people just step through the door and the proprietress knows their order. The phone doesn’t stop ringing from regulars calling in. The owner, Jacquie, takes great pride in this having been her father’s place for 40 years and mentioned that fact, and him, frequently as I sat and dined. It is truly a labor of love, and that shows in the amazing, delicious homemade food. Don’t do anything but order the halibut meal with the house-​made tartar sauce. Your mind and palate will be blown.

This is the best place for fish and chips I’ve tried so far. It is a family owned establishment and is always busy.
They have good portions at a fair price and it is all so good, even their homemade sauce is delicious.
Go to this place, and when you do, call ahead to order for pick up, it is too small to stay (only 8 tables or so) and there is a line up but it is definitely worth it.

Fast. Friendly. Good bang for your buck, but two pieces of fish would be nice instead of the one that comes w combo. Gravy and coleslaw are great.

Amazing fish and chips! Probably the best in London. Big portions, reasonable prices, and the friendly old dutchman! Would reccomend to anyone!
