Graduated in B.S.Psychology and trained in co-active coaching techniques, I bring over 15 years of experience in human resources management to intuitively connect with working people. I make a difference in helping individual clients gain career clarity and work towards their desire for fulfillment, balance, and integrated work-life. I have successfully helped clients to move in the right direction and get to where they need to be along their career path.
History
Established in 2005.
It started as a resume writing service and career transition services to new immigrants. It evolved into an outplacement service company that works with both individuals and organizations. Now, we help with career development and transition, career planning and management, career assessment and testing. Most requested services are strategic resume preparation, interview rehearsal and training, career shift and transition coaching.

Business Owner
Gina Cajucom, the owner and Managing Consultant of Insight Coaching and Consulting, has over 15 years of experience in human resources management; including recruitment, training, organization and employee development. Her stints in coaching supervisors and employees to deliver business results awakened her passion for career management and employee development. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in the US and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in Canada, Gina earned a degree in B.S. Psychology and had two years of graduate study in M.S. Human Resources Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Certificate in Organization Development (OD) with the Canadian Organization Development Institute (CODI). Having seen the organization in its duality and having worked to align employee aspirations with business goals, Gina is committed to work toward employee fulfillment and work-life integration while contributing to bottomline business results.
