Meet the Business Owner

James C.

Business Owner

James is the Owner and Managing Director of Home Instead Senior Care of London. He and his wife Victoria are the architects behind the compassionate home care services offered to hundreds of clients throughout Southwestern Ontario. Their mission statement is «With Care, Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence we will over-​deliver in everything we do». They have formed an office team and support staff that cares for families in a variety of different ways but most of all have a genuine heart to serve others. Each client has their own customized care plan that is developed to meet their needs and to empower them to thrive where they call home. This could be in a traditional family home, in a retirement home or even in a long term care home. James’ experience managing home care offices across Canada and the U.S. has equipped him to understand how to walk along side families ensuring their loved ones are cared for the way THEY want to be cared for while providing the peace of mind.
