I went into this store with two friends who were much more aware of their products than myself. However, loose leaf tea is something I enjoy so I was happy to browse. The greeter who held a tray of two samples was very friendly, and since this is a new chain to London, was more than willing to give me the run down of how the store works. I like what I saw. 3 stars until I try the tea.
