Awful. Nicky, the owner, comes off as a wonderful person who is passionate about her business and weddings. Her prices are reasonable and her showroom is wonderful. However, if you find yourself at ever with an issue in regards to her not meeting up to the expectations she said she’d meet with her décor…she suddenly loses all proper business practice and thinks with the mindset of a 9 year-old. She actually went as far to give my husband and me the «silent-treatment» and ignored our emails and phone calls when we tried to resolve a situation with her… a situation that today, years later, remains unresolved.
