Avf Hobbies

I’ve been in here 3 times now looking for parts and items for some projects. Every time I’ve been treated rudely by the same staff member. I am by no means inept but I am not entirely familiar with the RC and hobby world. SImple questions are met with terse replies.
When I stopped in recently (only because I needed something quick and I was nearby… I’ve been taking my business to other hobby shops after being treated poorly here twice), I went to inquire about a part and the employee answered the phone while I was in the middle of talking to him and indicated for me to wait. He proceeded to have an in-​depth conversation with the customer on the phone, ignoring me completely. There was another employee in the back he could have asked to come help me. I managed to find the part myself and proceeded to wait longer while he talked on the phone and ignored me. Finally the employee from the back came out, noticed me, and I was assisted. It is almost as if the staff here isn’t actually interested in having customers…
