My son was quite ill one evening and needed to see a doctor. I don’t have a car, so I looked up the hours of the clinic online and we took the bus there. We arrived more than an hour before closing. There were about 5 people in the waiting room. I went to the desk to check in and the lady rudely said «we’re closed». She wouldn’t let us see a doctor. Meanwhile, we’d missed the deadline for the only other clinic in the area. We had to wait an entire other day, and I had to take time off work, to visit the other clinic on Central. The central clinic was prompt and professional. I won’t bother with the Adelaide street location again.

The shortest wait I have had at a walk-in clinic, ever. I think it was around 20 minutes. The young doctor was fast but thorough and referred me to a specialist.
