I grew up on a farm right here in South Western Ontario, so hard work and long days are nothing new to me. I’ve always wanted to become a business owner but over the years I had no idea what exactly I wanted to do. I began working for a major junk removal company in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the business, the interaction with the public, the sense of being environmentally proactive sat well with me. I had found my calling! Being the operations manager for 3 years I realized that there were many flaws and holes in this particular companies systems and they were failing to stay ahead of the competition due to strict franchise guide lines. In April of 2012 I finally made the leap of faith and opened 1−800-JUNK-PAL making all the necessary system alterations to insure success.
