Pizza 73

Called a competitor they dropped the ball. 73 gave me the cheese and gluten I wanted. Thanks for giving me a good meal after a long work day

I’m still giving this 73 location 2 stars, but thought I’d give a little update. I emailed customer support after we received our order just letting them know so they could pass on the information. Customer support did phone me three times consecutively at 9:30pm the next day. We were in bed, we get up at 5am. Got an email today apologizing for the raw chicken, and offering us a $ 10 credit on our account. We declined, but it was really nice of them to make the effort.

I first tried this location about 3 years ago while in town. I’ve always had very good experience with locations in Edmonton so I thought I would give this place a try for some wings and pizza. I was somewhat disappointed back then because the pizzas were light on toppings and the wings size were the smallest I’ve came across at any Pizza 73 location. The sauce on the wings was barely noticeable. I’d vowed not to eat here again. Fast forward 3 years and I needed a quick order of wings for a Friday snack. Well things haven’t changed much since my last experience. The wings again were the smallest I’ve came across since my last visit and the flavour wasn’t anything special. It seems like they lacked any care. When I went in there were two guys at the counter. One had his head down listening to his iPod and the other guy had his head down reading. No friendly greeting, and it looked like business wasn’t too busy. I really wanted this location to be good but it just wasn’t. I still have to find a good place in this city for wings to go and this one just won’t cut it.
