We specialize in custom picture framing. We use conservation products to create memories which you can cherish for a lifetime. All work is produced in-​house, from making your frame, hand cutting your mats, and assembling each piece by our staff. From Shadow boxes of an collection of items, Jersey and other Sporting Item framing, Fine art framing, stretching canvas, framing photos, prints, we will work with you to create a design which will enhance the artwork. We also carry an array of framed artwork, from originals, limited edition prints, to posters, and art cards. We have a great selection of cards that will make you laugh, ones that you will not find anywhere else. We have art themed giftware available, and carry teapots, mugs, teacups, and wine glasses. We are the Bradford Exchange representative in Leduc, and can order your collectables for you, and save you the cost of shipping.

History

Established in 1993.

Black Gold Gallery & Frame has been located on Main Street in downtown Leduc since 1993. Originally opened by David Evoy, and then taken over by its current owner, Debbie Charanduk. Debbie has a Diploma in Interior Design and has been a Custom Framer for 18 years.

Debbie has a Diploma of Interior Design, and worked for many years as a draftsperson in the Engineering field. She has worked off and on for 18 years at Black Gold Gallery & Frame, and bought the business in 2007. She also has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and had worked in the school system in Leduc for over 10 years. She enjoys working with her customers to produce quality custom framing which her they can be proud to display. Preserving and creating memories which can be enjoyed for many years and then past on for future generations to cherish, can make a house a home.
