Sushi Shop

Location: nicely located in a well kept strip mall after highway 15. Very busy area.
The resto itself is not very spacious. It’s very narrow and people bump into each other. However, it has a fancy & clean ambiance.
Service: As I entered, there were many people and it was a busy time. The Lady at the counter was so professional, organized and really kept her cool. She was so patient, she had a brave smile and was able to handle so many orders! Kudos to her.
Food: they should just stick to their sushi menu! Their ramen soup «shoyu» was awful! The noodles were dante and not cooked long enough. The soup was flavourless! I had to add the entire cup of soya in the soupe instead of using it for my sushi rolls. It’s a good thing I had sesame sauce at home for the sushi! The shrimp tempura found in the soupe was soggy as hell. Not crispy like it’s suppose to be !
The sushi’s were perfect! I had spicy salmon roll & the shrimp roll. They were all deliciously prepared ! I think they should just stick to their advantage and only prepare sushis like the name hints it: p

First time going here & my last. Not setup like any sushi place I’ve been to before, looks like the McDonalds of sushi. Place was pretty empty, only 3 other customers & no one bothered to talk to us for more than 5 minutes, finally someone asked if we needed help. Then we said we would like to order, they said we couldn’t eat it inside. If they would have greeted us right away and told us they were closing soon, we could have left right away instead of wasting our time. Go here for bad service & probably low quality sushi.
Go to Yuzu instead, a much better place!!!

The only thing good about sushi shop is that if you go at closing time they give you free sushi boxes! Its not the best quality, but its cheap and on the go! There is not that many people here, since their is so many restaurants in proximity you never have to wait.

Since it’s a franchise it’s easy to find it!
I really like the inferno roll and the quality is pretty much the same everywhere so its good!
Avocado roll are really good when it’s cold
