Leon’s Furniture

We are extremely disappointed in the customer service at the Leon’s Furniture at 2000 Blvd Daniel Johnson, Laval. My husband was in the store for 30 minutes asking various sales associates to help him so that he could purchase our daughter’s very first bed. After asking two sales associates to help him, both said that that area was not their department, but didn’t offer any assistance to find someone who DID work in that department. Then, he waited in line for 10 minutes with the paper he needed to purchase the mattress he found on his own… and sales associate behind the desk looked at him, then walked into the back storage area of the store. After this insult, we left and went to Costco where we purchased a beautiful quality mattress at a great price! Needless to say, we will not be future customers at this store or any Leon’s stores in the future. It is really a shame that they were so blatantly rude. One would think they would like to receive the commission on all sales…

Lots of salespeople, a hallmark of Leon’s, and the store was very clean. Seems like a new shopping area right next to a Walmart Supercentre.
Had a typical Leon’s experience here, except for the moments before our departure, where we were struck by tons and tons of TVs showing gorey dental surgery. Bleh.
Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. They have to do better at judging what is appropriate to be seen on hundreds of screens at a time.
Prices were higher than other stores nearby for the same items. Surprising and disappointing.
