Le St-Martin Hôtel & Suites Laval

Clean, nice hotel with fast check-​in and super good WI-​FI. Walls are a bit thin so you might end up needing ear plugs to sleep. All in all great hotel I would recommend for sure.

We arrived earlier then expected to check in. The staff suggested we leave our belongings in the locked up reception area, so «things won’t go missing» So we did. Wow! What a mistake. Opened my luggage and noticed that I was missing my jeans, and in a different luggage my sister was missing her dress. Very disappointed that we both experienced missing items. Even more so my sister since she could not wear the dress for the occasion we traveled a long way to attend. Please check the staff being employed at this location. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I went to the front desk to complain and the reaction from the receptionist was as if she wasn’t surprised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor job Maria for keeping the place secured.

I stayed in hotel for 3 nights, big comfy bed, well appointed washroom amenities. quality shampoo & generous towels.
Mini bar was well stocked the first night, but was never replenished for the following nights.
Monday morning, the small lobby was full of guests ‚(I guess a conference) where people spill out into the small cramped lobby .
I experienced this twice, as I guess there is nowhere else to hang out, or any other common area .
The staff was friendly & fully bilingual .
I would visit again.

We stayed only one night in this hotel on the way back home to the states from Mont Tremblant. We were planning to go sightseeing in Montréal and it was The perfect hotel to stay. Parking in Montréal is a pain in, that is why we decided to stay farther from the city and use metro instead of a car. Metro is located three minutes drive from the hotel and you can park your car for free next to the metro station. Ride to downtown is less than 20 minutes. Hotel is very clean, well decorated, it has good breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. Best part of the breakfast in the morning is that you can enjoy your meal on the Terrace next to the small swimming pool and very nice landscaping. Staff is professional and very polite especially Debbie. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel from outside appearance and inside experience.

Clean, friendly, good beds and nice bathroom. This is a good jumping off place to tour Montréal, Quebec City, Ottawa, and other points. It is near the city, but not in it and near the highway (but not too close) and a supermarket.
