Nautilus Plus

Extremely clean gym, friendly staff and cool/​casual atmosphere. People are here to work out but don’t take themselves too seriously.
Equipment is very well maintained (when not new), always functional, lots of free weights and cardio machines, never have to wait for anything, huge room for group classes…
The gym area, locker rooms are immaculate and so are the showers… thanx to the hard work or Renato… the coolest dude in the place!
Best of all, even when it’s «busy», it’s still pretty chill. If you go very early in the morning or around 9:00 on weeknights, you’ll most likely have the gym to yourselves!
With my subscription, I can go to whichever Nautilus I want and I’ve tried most of them in the Montréal area. This one is my favourite. Feels like home…
