Terrible unapologetic service ! Sunday night, 10 ppl for dinner. It was a busy night. After being seated, we had no service whatsoever. We had to help ourselves to water, it was 1 hr till we had jugs of beer on the table. We were served by who we believe was a daughter or niece of the owners. Any complaints we raised were met with a deer in the headlights look and no apology, she just walked away. Food started arriving at the 1hr 45 min mark and was scattered. There were 4 beef dips ordered, only 2 came and it was 15 min before others came. Couples meals did not arrive at the same time one was finished and the other would come. Glasses were empty most of the time as we tried but gave up on ordering another round of beer. When the bill came she did add the 18% auto gratuity. Ok … Fine if we got any sort of service. We calmly voiced our displeasure about this and we got the deer in the headlights look again. We all would have not tipped at all an this ruined a birthday celebration. Will NEVERGOBACK ! They have lost many customers as this will be an exponential complaint, all of us will be sure to mention this to others.

Here for .47 wings day. That’s the only good thing about our visit this evening. Service is extremely slow, waited about 10 minutes aftwe we sat down before a server got to us to take our drink order. The server was nice, however maybe a little too casual for my liking. They seemed understaffed. Could see other tables getting annoyed with the slow service.

Went here with two friends and my 10 month old son yesterday for lunch. It was just after 1pm. Got in and there were two tables taken. One had three people and they were eating, the other was a table of four and they were ordering when we got there. No one seated us after waiting 7 mins so we seated ourselves. Waitress came over 5 mins later with menus. 10 mins later she came over for our order. Two other couples came in at this point. By 1:39pm we had not received out two burgers and a salad but the two couples who came in after us were eating… We did get our drinks though finally! By 1:45 waitress told us our food was coming out. 1:55pm rolled around and nothing. We asked the waitress for our bill for the drinks and she said ok. Manager said our food would be out in a few mins and that they only had one cook. We told him about the other couples who came in after and that we’ve been here for almost an hour, we just want the bill please. Manager said don’t worry about the drinks. We hadn’t even drank 1⁄3 of them. We ended up going to the food court at the mall we were so hungry. We won’t set foot in Langley Wings again. Worst service EVER!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

When Wings first opened in Langley we were impressed with the food and service. Not any more… we will not be back. Gone are the attentive servers and good food. What you get now is ignored and a kitchen that could care less about your food.

WORSTPLACEEVER. PERIOD. went there with my girlfriend for a friday night dinner tonight. place is often dead when driving by so figured we would give it a try to avoid waiting in a line. hostess was rude right off the bat. didnt smile once or ask how our night was going… not that big a deal… the real issue was the food. ordered buffalo wings to start. the wings were of extremely low quality. very fatty and grisley plus it was obvious they had been sitting around for a bit before served to us because they were luke warm and some were soggy. we ate them and just figured«whatever». the girlfriends ceasar salad was good according to her(cant really mess up a salad!). the hostess dropped off our food… i asked her for a side of hot sauce… she said ummm sure… as if she was being sarcastic(b**ch). the real issue was my cajun chicken sandwich. i cant ear raw onions so i asked for it with no onions. i know she herd me cause she repeated it. sandwich came and it was full of onions. i finally got ahold of the server after a few mins(neglectful service for sure). asked the sandwich be remade because of the allergy to raw onion. she was polite and said no problem. 5 mins later the same samdwich came back(i can tell cause i ripped part of the bread and took a small bite out of the chicken breast to know if they re made it or not). it was onionless except for 1 red onion sliver and now they had added pickles!!! WTF!!! anyways i took off the 1 onion sliver they missed and tossed the pickles on the table. i was pissed. they sent the same fries back too cause they were cold. i was starving and angry. i ate about half of it cause the chicken was so small and didnt feel like eating half a bun for dinner with some brown lettuce. they took a whopping 20% off JUSTTHESANDWICH… i would have rather they gave me no discount and remade it like they should of. since there was potentially residual contact of onion still in there i may be sick tonight… if i am ill be sure to post an update. i will NEVEREVERGOBACKANDWILLBLASTTHISSHYTHOLETOEVERYPERSON I MEET. all ready blasted it on facebook and twitter.

We went w a party of 12 for my fiancé’s birthday The first beer took 27 min to arrive at our table, food was brought out and there were no plates, cutlery, napkins or anywhere to put our bones. My fiancé ordered a starter of deep fried pickles that did not come until he got only one of his flavours of wings(he ordered 2 flavours) I had to ask for water as there was none offered to me. Wings were cold, au jus for beef dip was outrageously salty, and I love salt. Won’t go back!

We actually avoided going to Wings in Langley having been in the one in Burnaby on Kingsway. We were presently surprised. The wingerz were great. We had the 8 ounce steak special with fried potatoes and veggies, bread pudding and a glass of wine. Good value, good food. The steak was tasty, the vegetables were perfect and dessert yummy! The place looks good, but… TV’s are not décor and they could use something on the walls besides TV’s. I liked that the TV’s were on, but the volume was not. The volume probably goes on when local teams are playing though, something I could do without. Music please, mute the TV’s. There was nice music playing. Our waitress was thorough and our meals arrived promptly, but we just beat out the hordes who were pouring through the doors as we left. A popular venue if the full parking lot says anything. This might be the only restaurant since Sambo’s to survive in this challenging location.

Wings are good, service is not. Was here on a weekday afternoon, party of 2, we waited over 40 minutes to be served, there were more people starting to come in and they were being served before us. Our meals got messed up, and we sent them back, we ordered a veggie dip and we still had to ask for it after the second time, needless to say we talked to the manager, she gave us a 20% discount card, and told us she would fix our meals. We never saw her for the rest of the night and never got the veggie dip. Was not impressed whatsoever.

Wings is an awesome place to grab a pint and watch the game! Their food is delicious and their staff is top notch. Anyone looking for a informal meeting venue, Wings has an awesome patio that holds about 50 people. This particular location has claimed a number of good restaurants, I really hope Wings breaks the trend!
