Very bad service. They are only nice when you are there to make a purchase. If you have to change or cancel something out of your order, Good Luck. We changed our mind on tiles which was their in stock product, it was 5 days after the order was placed and we still had two weeks till our delivery. First they refused to cancel, and then they said they have to charge 25% re-stocking fee, even though it has not been packaged or left their warehouse. The both owners are very rude, do not know how to talk to a customer. When I asked for refund for our deposit($ 500), he hanged up the phone on me. When I try calling back, they stopped answering our phone. They refuse to refund. Very rude to talk to. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Run don’t walk away from this chain I purchased a 1600 sq ft of tile and laminate from this company Service was very good until my credit card payment had been processed. After that it all fell apart 1. I was promised my full in stick order would be ready in two business days. I left instructions for pick up by my shipper ten days hence 2. The shipper arrived and was told I had never purchased anything. Several phone calls later it was established that I had indeed bought and paid for a house load of flooring 3. But the shipment wasn’t ready for pickup. Oh and the forklift was broken. So he was told to start hand loading the 3 tons of flooring. This was in our estimations quite unreasonable 4. Then he was told he could take part of the shipment and come back 2 hours later and the rest would be ready 5. Through all if this my shipper reports the tilemart staff member Jas was incredibly rude. My shipper retreated from tilemart as per head office instructions 6. Fast forward 7 weeks full of hassles with these people and we once again went through the drill reminding tilemart that the goods needed to be prepared in advance for pickup. again my shipper and I were subject to incredible rudeness. Every delay, every problem was our fault 7. We asked for photo confirmation that the goods were ready and photos were indeed sent. It looked like we were on track 8. Pick up went as per schedule, but more rudeness and incredible disorganization were experienced by our shipper 9. At last the goods arrived due mainly to our shippers incredible patience and perserverence 10. But when we removed the wrapping we found that the photos we were sent bore no relation to what we got. And tge product we received was not only the wrong color flooring but also the wrong manufacturer and product. The goods we received were rated AC3. The goods in the photo were AC4. I still have the photos with their email to prove this. It would seem an error. Except they won’t reply to my phone messages or emails I’ve been had folks. Dont let this happen to you. Pass them by and like us deal with somebody reliable, like Home Depot who cares about their reputation Last, check out the reviews on Tiles for Less. It’s the same company as Tilemart, just their previous name I gave them one star because I think you have to give at least one to do a review
