Worst customer service ever… is it no wonder Sears is starting to disappear. Contacted Langley Sears in regards to a price match on a Dyson Cleaner and since the store had one in stock I figured they would honor their price match guarantee… oh but I was told by the manager that of all the things they sell, the Dyson is the only one that they do not price match. Sounds shady… contacted a different Sears and they said they would honor the price match but they needed to place an online order(which was going to take a few months to come in.) Long story short, this Sears does not honor their own business policies, and has no customer service skills. Called corporate to find out about the price match and they apologized and said they would get someone from Sears Langley to look into the matter and contact me immediately, that was last week! And this is why I will never shop at Sears again, I will pay a bit more if need be by going to their competitors.
