Absolutely amazing! Scott re-​carpeted my 10 year old cat tree and it looks brand new and will last for another 10 years! He picked up and delivered in Vancouver for a very reasonable price and it only took 3 days! I am very impressed with the quality of his work and the service. I’m sure at some point I will be buying a new tree from him when I have a big enough place for more!

we have a very large, long, heavy and active cat. peace of mind provided an amazing cat tree for our active cat’s needs. the tree is 7 foot tall and very stable, safely supporting our cat’s running, climbing and jumping. price was far better than a pet store and product definitely superior. will recommend to friends with felines !

Scott re-​carpeted our existing cat house for us and from communications to pick up/​delivery (I live in Vancouver) to the actual re-​carpeting itself, we’re supremely impressed. The cats missed their house while it was gone for a week and since it got back (no more than 10 minutes ago) they’ve been all over it and checking out their renovated space.
I’m planning to buy one of his cat house/​tree creations from him soon, I’ll be recommending this to folks with felines for sure.
** update Jan 26, 2016 — we did follow through and purchased a new cat house from Scott. The product is top notch and the cats love it. Scott’s service was consistent with our first interaction with him and we are very pleased.

I adopted a pair of young cats from the SPCA a few weeks ago, and was scouting Craigslist for a used cat tree. Nothing decent seemed to come up that was the size I wanted; I knew the cats would like a tall hangout; any used ones that were the size I wanted were either ugly, or about the same price as one from Peace of Mind. Plus I wasn’t sure about the smell, fur, and possible fleas etc from a used cat tree; on the other hand I know some people buy a cat tree and their cats ignore it, so I was hesitant to pull the trigger on a new one in case it ended up being a waste of money. But I saw all their (many) ads on CL and finally checked out their website.
I found the 113−20−120 model (kind of wish they had fun names instead of numbers) and saw that it was over 5 feet tall, and with a reasonably small footprint, and it didn’t look too ridiculous like some tall trees can. I ordered it with two additions– a sisal wrap between the lowest and the second platform (thinking the cats would stretch about that far from the floor to scratch) and also had them add three side rails on the top platform– I figured the cats would like to sleep against it without risk of falling off.
The tree was delivered within a week, at the correct time I’d asked for, and exactly as ordered. It does not ‘overpower’ the living room, meaning that as large cat trees go, it’s decently understated. I guess if you have a big room in a house to put it in, size wouldn’t matter, but I wanted it in the window of my condo so they could look outside; it’s pretty perfect really. And most importantly, the cats LOVE it! They sleep together on top, chase up and down it, and it was well worth the money. (at least they think so!!!) Maybe some people don’t ‘engage’ their cats to play and spend time on the tree– I rubbed it with good catnip, had them chase toys up it, etc and they’re totally into the tree.
Bottom line for me is that the communication and product are great. Happy cats, no more trying to climb the screen windows or blinds to see outside, my furniture is safe from being used as a scratching post, (they love the tree for that, especially the sisal) and they have their ‘own’ piece of real estate.
