Best place to get a BBQ hands down. Great selection of high-​end BBQs and incredible customer service. My in-​laws recommended Home Hardware — Langley after visiting almost every BBQ store in the lower mainland when they were shopping for theirs last summer. I still shopped around to see what was out there and to figure out what we really needed, but no other store had a better selection of Weber and Broil King — prices are all the same across the board. But it was the customer service that I really can’t rave enough about. Their staff is knowledgeable and I learned a lot about BBQs and what to look for in terms of quality, but the service didn’t stop there. I was getting the BBQ as a birthday present for my husband. I really wanted to surprise him but I don’t have a truck and had only a 30min window to get the BBQ home and set up while my husband was out of the house. When I spoke with one of the owners and told her my dilemma, she said no problem! We can make it happen. I really didn’t believe her. Who makes any kind of delivery for a specific time? These days you’re lucky if you get a 4 hour window on some random date — I needed a late afternoon on a specific Saturday that was a month away! I paid for assembly and delivery and it was so worth it. I checked-​in a couple days before the delivery to confirm they were still able to do it and once again, I got: no problem! They promised to call me the day of delivery to confirm the ‘window’. True to their word I got a call and confirmed the time. When the owner called she told me her truck driver tried to leave earlier and she had to stop him. She personally saw to it herself that the truck driver left at the right time to get to our house as planned. It worked out better than perfect. The delivery guy came at the absolute perfect time, unloaded, set-​up the BBQ went through all the tips with me and was gone with plenty of time to spare. Oh and did I mention we love the BBQ! Got a Broil King Sovereign XLS 90 — what a difference a good BBQ makes. Thank you to the staff and owners of Home Hardware Langley — they truly went above and beyond. Sadly I won’t need another BBQ for probably another 10 years, but I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. Oh, and their incredible service didn’t stop with the delivery: I misplaced my original receipt and again this wasn’t an issue, they just mailed me another copy! The owners at this store really care about the customer and they believe in exceptional service. Well worth the trip out to Langley, no matter where you’re coming from!
