By implementing a «functioning» showroom, the company has grown to become the leading provider of heat pump technologies that is literally changing the landscape insofar as virtually eliminating the need to burn fossil fuels for heating people’s homes and hot water. Custom Cooling takes pride in having eliminated the need for natural gas in its workplace by implementing heat pump technologies throughout its building.

History

Established in 2005.

Our owner, Heathe Thompson, started in the HVAC industry in 1990 with the opening of Thompson Mechanical. In 2005 he opened a storefront to better serve his customers and renamed his company Custom Cooling Solutions Ltd.

Custom Cooling Solutions is recognized throughout the HVAC industry as a leader in installing environmentally-​friendly systems, and remains diligent on their long term goal of eliminating the use of fossil fuels to heat and cool the homes of Langley. Because of this, we are committed to providing our staff with current industry training by accredited suppliers as well as in-​house seminars creating a cohesive spirit shared by all the employees.
