Custom Catering

I hired this catering company for my wedding on Oct 25,2104, at which time I thought I had hired the right people, I was wrong! The owner showed up at the venue, unloaded his van and was asked to move it so my quests could enter, this made him mad, from there it just got worse! After the ceremony, I walked up with the bridal party to get our food from the buffet, and was disappointed at what I saw, 4 very small salads, no garnishes what so ever, one salad dressing for the green salad. The potatoes were supposed to be roasted, they were boiled, stems left on them, and huge and uncut, with no flavour what so ever, roasted potatoes are browned and yummy, these were not. My granddaughters ages 7 & 9 asked me what was wrong with the carrots, they were mushy, watery and horrible, as were the green beans. The yorkshires were soggy, the roast beef was I guess the best part.
My guests were to have tea and coffee, well they were lucky if they did, and the ones who did, had the coffee cups taken right out of their hands before they could even finish, because he wanted to leave, UNEXCEPTABLE to say the least. Upon my return the next day I was informed by my son in law that all leftovers including the baron of beef were taken by the caterer, whom had told me the leftovers would be ours, they were not. I emailed him about the whole thing and all he did was argue with me, and did not offer anything to us for this disaster. I would NOT recommend this company for any event!
