This place has almost a cult following from regulars. I have nothing bad to say about them very good food. My girlfriend is so obsessed with this place I can’t even talk about other Vietnamese reataurants around her. This is my third visit here and I have a slight cold so I ordered a wonton soup, very good broth.

Food was quite good but choices seem somewhat limited. I ordered lemongrass chicken brochette with vermecelli and springrolls for $ 9.25. The chicken was a little overcooked for my liking and the rest was a little boring. I was charged $ 1 for tea. I think there nay be quite a bit of Cambodian influence in their cooking. I prefer the authentic Vietnamese. Host was very friendly. I will try somewhere different next time just to compare. I am used to eating in Vancouver proper and it seems the Vietnamese cuisine is a little different here.

My fave place in Langley by far!!! I walk in and am always greeted by the sweet lady and she always knows my name, no idea how hahaha The dishes are awesome and good portions. The food never seems cheap or greasy except ofcourse anything fried but that’s anywhere. Wonton soup with egg noodles is by far my favourite dish and large enough as a meal on its own. Beef or chkn satay #14 is also amazing. Over a bed of rice with a nice gravy and yummy salad that they make their own dressing which I loooooove!!! Eggs rolls r good and so is the chkn chow mien, now that is just super good I gotta say!

Fantastic service. Delicious food. It’s that simple. A restaurant that we will continue to eat at, week after week!

I am going to write this as honest as I possibly can, while being respectful. I read the reviews about this place first. Of course, from my fellow Unilocalers, and was quite surprised by what I found. I guess, based on what others wrote, I was expecting it to be amazing. To shock me to my core and replace my local Vietnamese favorites, but it fell below expectation. To begin, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior décor. Based on the exterior and surrounding businesses in the same shopping center, it was decent inside. And since we came during lunch time, there was a crowd of people dining. I ordered a Won-ton Noodle soup, partly because I didn’t see anything else I would have liked to order on the menu. My husband ordered a grilled chicken and rice plate, by default as well. We asked for water and tea. We were also surprised that there was a $ 1.50 charge for tea. Don’t most places give you tea for free? Anyhow, the water was straight tap, and not the manageable kind… After receiving our meal, we were a little disappointed by portion size, food color and presentation. After tasting our meal, we continued with the initial disappointment onto other feelings. With that being said, and that should be enough, I will not be returning to C& U. I wish I was saying something more kind, but I have to be honest. The one thing I think that I could say is that it seems like the servers have their regulars and they seem really personable to them, which shows loyalty and customer service… That was nice :)

Another of our favorites… We come often & always order the same big bowl of vermicelli noodles mixed with lettuce and topped with chicken and broth. # 25 on the menu, I think and its a taste treat. Friendly prompt service always. Be sure to try it and you will return many times
