Her interest in holistic health and the mind-​body connections has taken Jessica on a diverse journey of awareness and self-​discovery.

She started with Reiki. After 2 years she became a Reiki Teacher/​Practitioner. Jessica’s passion for energy healing also led her to further studies in other healing modalities.

Human Design came to Jessica’s life when she was at a crossroad. Jessica was amazed by how her perspectives shifted as her understanding of Human Design became more and more developed.

Jessica’s mission is inspiring and motivating women who are in the midst of transition and desire to transform their lives. She has been using this powerful tool to help her clients get unstuck and make positive changes in their lives.
