I’ve heard many horror stories about roofing companies and I took my time to try and find the right company to work with.
Although Pareco was about 10−15% higher price than the other quotes I got I was very satisfied with their work.
Even after the job was done I had water coming in from a mysterious spot but Luc himself came over and investigated the problem with me. He helped me by installing a free flash cover on my second roof and installed cap on top of the ventilation pipe that was causing the problem. In all fairness to Luc and Pareco it was not their work that caused the water infiltration, it was old pipe that was never decommissioned properly.
Pareco take their work seriously and are true professional.
