This place is awesome! The trainers are great. They are nice and very motivating. They have all sorts of classes and they modify them to your needs. They take the time with you so you dont feel lost in the class. I love them!

if you are looking for a workout to really push you to your limits then extreme bootcamp is for you. I try to workout on a regular basis, but it still doesn’t prepare me for the drills these girls put you through. several different classes, no two workouts are exactly the same, you will definitely see results
