Meet the Business Owner

Gbenga A.

Business Owner

Gbenga Adeniyi, along with his wife Kristy, is the owner of Healthy You Supplements and Nutrition located in Kitchener, Ontario.

The couple met in the gym at the University of Waterloo in 2001. Inseparable ever since, they are the proud parents of two year old son Jaedyn and five month old daughter Aviya.

Both have always been actively involved with sports. Gbenga played varsity football and Kristy was a valued member of the Canadian National Rugby team for 5 years.

The Adeniyis both lived in Australia for two and a half years where Gbenga completed his Masters of International Business while Kristy was attending Teachers College. Gbenga’s passion for fitness led him to compete in his first body building contest (IFBB Classic) where he placed second. He went on to compete in Australian Natural Bodybuilding (ANB) where he placed first in the heavy weight category and first overall.
