Gresham Place Apts

I moved in to Gresham Place August 2015. I have now been here 6 months and can’t leave here quick enough. The lobby at any given point will smell of sewage back up or garbage. Tenants leave shopping carts in hallways or around the premises making this property looking very ghetto. The pool is continuously closed for «maintenance» especially during the summer and conveniently on long weekends. I’ve complained about garbage left in the halls, the tenants above me let their dog out to pee on the balcony which drips down on to mine. I’ve stepped over condoms in the hallway. Recently they moved a refugee family across the hall from me that have 5 children. They moved in approximately 3 weeks ago and I have complained everyday sometimes twice a day regarding continuously running and screaming in the hallways and the unit… also spitting in the halls. They brought in a translator several times but this doesn’t stop. My children can’t study and this has truly affected my household. Leaving my oldest daughter in tears during exam week. I work very hard for my money and pay to put up with these terrible living conditions. I am stressed as are my children. This is not a good choice for anyone decent who wants a clean quiet living condition. The building is ran down, let go, smelly, loud and overpriced for what one must tolerate… If you are considering living here. DON’T…
