Downtown Crepe cafe

The owner of this unique delicacy of crepes is very outgoing, provides fast and quick service with a hint of local community. Had a great experience today!

Was out walking in the beautiful November heat wave. We were wanting a coffee when we came across this place. It didn’t look like much, just a concrete and glass bunker basically in a parking garage. It was a weekday afternoon and there wasn’t a soul in the place.
We thought it could use our business since it was at ground zero of the LRT blast zone. We had to run a maze of construction hoardings just to get to the front door.
We only went in for coffee but got talked into a dessert crêpe; so we ordered café americanos and split a peaches and cream crêpe. The coffee was excellent: strong, thick and rich. The crêpe was AWESOME: slightly crispy on the outside, tender and flavourful, with lemony crème freche, candied walnuts, warm caramel sauce and peaches (canned peaches, but what I expected).
The menu has 4 or 5 savoury and the same number of dessert, all of which sounded intriguing, and only $ 7 or $ 8. I will be back to try them all.
The décor is industrial chic, and the room was too hot. The customer only washrooms are right by the counter and have such huge M and W letters on them they can be seen from several blocks away, which for some reason I found slightly disturbing.
The lonely staffer (owner?) was very nice.
All in all, this could be our go-​to Kitchener coffee shop.

great service and friendly staff… london fog was delicious. and they always have cute little tips and saying on the red wall. must try the crepes.

Best international fusion style Crepes ever! Best Gourmet Coffee and Espresso and tea selection! They have great soup, salad, Panini, wraps, and bakery, and all from their own kitchen! Wow!
