History

Established in 2013.

As a child I had many allergies and sensitivities. Through working with other respected practitioners, like Dr. J. Krop, on diet, nutrition and lifestyle, I was able to get a handle on them. It is for this reason I want to work with children and adults, to help them manage their own health conditions.

I got into massage therapy after witnessing the benefits my family members received with massage therapy after their car accidents. Today I currently work primarily with motor vehicle accident and WSIB cases, helping people to keep active.

Growing up with allergies and sensitivities myself has led me to establish this business, so that I can help others with their allergies and sensitivities primarily. I also work with individuals who have been diagnosed with conditions such as diabetes, asthma, bowel conditions (IBS/Crohn’s/colitis) and cancer.

With respect to massage therapy, I offer massage therapy after seeing first-​hand the benefits my family received after their motor vehicle accidents. As such, I can’t stress enough the importance of touch and manual therapies can have on healing and recovery.
