Rodney and Ida Wiley primarily run their wood working business, Naturally Wood, out of the Halifax Farmer’s Market, on the main level of the Brewery Market Place.
These folks have all manner of amazing products! Fancy a mortar and pestle made from Guyana Purple Hart and Nova Scotian Oak? They have it! Lots of mixing bowls, lazy Susan’s (renamed: functional Ida’s), cutting boards and all manner of other useful hand crafted tools. Most of the products that the Wiley’s create are made with differing woods from all over the world. This makes for a colourful and highly unique finished product.
These people are extremely kind. I wholeheartedly recommend you support this local business.
