You can find Cosman & Whidden honey at just about every grocery store, at least in the Maritimes, and rightly so. It is the finest quality.
But I especially love to visit them at the Halifax Farmers Market, just to see all their lovely beeswax candles and creams. Of course I buy the honey — that goes without saying. For a girl who used to turn her nose up at honey, I became a convert while living in Toronto. It’s lovely to know I can get the most fantastic honey produced right in the Annapolis Valley.
