Delicious Mel from beginning to end. We dined at the bar and received attentive service. We shared a wild boar meatball appetizer that was spectacular. The meatballs were Richly flavored, moist and deliciously nestled in a rich cheese sauce. My entrée — gnocchi was the best I’ve ever eaten. Crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. My husband loved his pork loin. We rarely order dessert — but we did at RaudZ. Roasted carrot cake was outstanding as was my poached Apple

There is no other restaurant in Kelowna with the same vibe as Raudz. None. And it’s good. It’s got that big city out on the town dining and wining warm comfort, where you feel like a gourmet eater and drinker. I’m from Montréal and this feeling is what I miss the most while being in Kelowna, and Raudz delivered that. Thank you. Although we ordered(delicious) wine, the bartender looked like he knew exactly what he was doing with the drinks and the list was very sophisticated. We sat at the bar and got excellent service, as a place like this should offer. We started with the charcuterie plate which was plentiful and pretty. Not sure if the cured meats were house made or not. The risotto was melty and delectable. We ordered the two recommended dishes, their«specialties». The oat-encrusted Arctic char was good and creative and also tasty but not excellent, it lacked the layering of flavours and came out a little on the bland side. The second recommendation was the RBJ, an over-the-top filet mignon/crab burger of sorts. Beautifully plated. But, these incredibly rich ingredients all dumped on a plate just take away the actual taste of the meal rather than offering one delicious piece of food. I was so disappointed to see the whole topped with a slice of prosciutto. Prosciutto? Come on! It stole ALL the flavour out of the steak and the crab. What a waste. The food was high quality, the service was excellent and the wine was great. That’s why the 4 stars. But the menu could use some reworking. Maybe seasonal changes rather than staple items? We will be back to try more. Thank you!

We were in Kelowna for a weekend stay. I’d say Raudz is less then par. We sat at the bar and the 2 bartenders were a wee bit arrogant, no specials told to us. Found out afterwards as we overheard… The 16 oz steak was good but the mussels were served in dirty water. I’d pass

Lovely food that is local with great quality ingredients the chefs are all proud because u can see them cooking, the restaurant has a large dining table that seats many people smack dab in the middle, its a cool seating arrangement. Try the crab cappuccino its very delicious. I would go there again.

Widely known as the best place to eat in Kelowna… for good reason. I’ve had everything in the menu and it’s all great. Now I order whatever is on feature and it’s always delightful! The cocktails are well crafted but not pretentious with purée of local fruits and wonderful combos of flavours.

found it to be good… borderline VERY good. it really didn’t live up to 5 stars, maybe it was my mood… the service was GREAT… Sat at the bar and ate. I overall think great Asian food has so many more flavors. the cappuccino bisque was something I never thought would work, but it was a very good dichotomy of flavor!

Fresh local ingredients make all the difference in this fine eatery. I had the crab cappuccino soup and butternut squash risotto — superb! In addition, I had one of the best craft cocktails ever at this establishment; don’t miss this gem in downtown Kelowna! My only complaint is that I didn’t have room to try what promised to be a decadent dessert…

Less than impressed. Took hours to get in. Wasn’t worth the wait. Ordered a steak and they asked me how I wanted it cooked. I said medium-well but it came out rare. I asked the server if they could fix the error and she said no; that is how the chef cooks it. I asked her if that is the way the chef cooks it, why would she even bother asking me how I wanted it cooked. She just walked away. Never again.

Love, love, love this place! Try to go there anytime I’m in Kelowna. Food is fantastic — always fresh, and we’ve never had anything that wasn’t fantastic. Great atmosphere, only issue is you have to arrive early or else it’s hard to get a table.

There is a reason people rate this place with lots of stars, it’s because they are well-deserved. We had two recommendations for it. One was from the concierge, Amy, at the Delta Grand, and the other from a young man at a brewery. I had a pacific halibut tonight with risotto and numerous local vegetables. All the flavors created an unbelievable palate. It was worth the money. My husband had the steak special and he said the same about his dinner. It was amazing. We sat at the bar because we couldn’t get a table right away(Monday night!) but it was so much fun watching the bartender put together these fun and complicated drinks. Impromptu entertainment. Very talented. We will have to come back for one or more of them. Obviously this place is discovered and you will want to discover it, too.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. we put our name on the list then went next door to micro bites(strategically also owned by the owners of raudz) and had appetizers and drinks for two hours. I had the Parmesan gnocchi and it was good though a bit bland. Not as good as I hoped. Our waitress was fantastic. She was friendly but to the point and didn’t miss a beat ensuring we all had everything we needed. dessert was okay. We had the crème brûlée and the chocolate crunch dessert. Would skip next time. Overall good restaurant. Worth going if you have the patience.

A fantastic meal. We decided to try this restaurant after trying the micro bar bites next door and having the chance to chat with the chef. We showed up without a reservation and were able to be seated immediately despite how busy the restaurant was. We were greeted by very pleasant and welcoming staff. The food — spectacular The fish(halibut and Arctic char) was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The bison, melt in your mouth. The vegetables served with each of the dishes were delightfully complimentary. For dessert, the salted caramel ice cream with sponge toffee was to die for. To top it off. The service was superb and the serving staff were very knowledgeable. This is a must visit restaurant in Kelowna. You will not be disappointed.

Where to begin… sadly nowhere I didn’t even have a chance to review the food because on a Saturday night at 8pm(and they are open to 11pm) they said quite openly«I’m sorry but we have no capacity to take anyone for the rest of the night!» I’m sorry to say that for a three hour waiting time, nobody in your restaurant is leaving, what a joke! What restaurant that wants to maintain any rating when they have no capacity for new clients. It is a sad statement this restaurant continues to get good reviews when clearly a better business plan should be to do half reservations and half open seating. Too bad the management can’t see to ensure continued success in the years to come, don’t consider this.

4.5 stars! The service at this place was incredible. My friends and I had made a reservation but our plans for the day ended earlier so we called in to see if we could get an earlier seating. They said they couldn’t promise anything but if a table opened up they would contact us. We were thrilled when we got a call from the restaurant and when we told them we wouldn’t be able to make it to the restaurant right away they were nice enough to accommodate and make it work for us! CRABCAPPUCCINO. Halfway through I was wishing the consistency could have been a bit thicker but then I realized it’s supposed to be like a «cappuccino»! I could order this again and again with absolutely no regrets. LAMBSHANK. The mint chimichurri was not my thing and I wished the lamb had a tiiiiny bit more salt/seasoning, but other than that, the presentation was lovely and it tasted good overall. Strangely enough, the absolute best thing I ate that night was my boyfriends side of FRIES that came with his RJB burger. I didn’t care for the berry ketchup they had but the fries itself were so incredibly tasty that I was holding myself back from eating too much! This was my first time dining in downtown Kelowna so I’m not sure how it compares to other dining options in the area but this is a place I’d definitely love to try again!

Fresh ingredients and best-match sauce. Amazing food here. Definitely try if you just spend one fine dining in Kelowna. Except service is not as good as its food.

It’s been a long while since I’ve had such a great ribeye that was grilled to perfection. The centre was kept red without any drop of blood, and the meat was so soft and full of flavour. As others have said, the crab cappuccino was awesome and a great start to the night. The albacore tuna starter was one of the freshest and tendered fish ever. The halibut was cooked and prepared flawlessly. And the«simple pasta» wasn’t simple at all, with the right balance of hardness in the pasta and not over the top flavour of the cream sauce that other pastas usually fail at. Second time here and two years later I would still say it’s one of the best restaurants in Canada.

OK, so here’s the thing… I travel for a living… I eat OUT, for a living… few times does it pay like when I’m in Kelowna and I can go to RauDz! The ONLY place that even comes close to the quality and flavor of this place is the kitchen of my home(and that’s a distant 2nd…). Nicely started with a «Marshal Plan» Margarita, this visit was a particular treat as I hadn’t eaten here in nearly a year… fortuitous, as there were new items on the Menu, one of which«Lamb Prosciutto» sounded intriguing, and turned out to be so much more! Vanessa(my Server Extraordinaire) made a wonderful call, albeit gutsy call(Lamb Prosciutto, WTH is Lamb Prosciutto???) boy, it’s nice to be back in Kelowna, and thanks Vanessa for a NEW favorites! How do you give a place like RauDz«10» Stars??? The Crab Cappuccino is definitely a «10»…

Raudz was a very pleasant surprise. The reviews were good so we decided to check it out. Right from the moment we entered I knew it was going to be a good experience. The service was exceptional. They were so informative and attentive. Our server even waited until my husband came back from the restroom before presenting him with his dinner. We went as a group of six and two of us were vegetarian. They accommodated all of our dietary needs. The chefs prepared a special veg meal that was so delicious! Every dish and cocktail we had from the bison to the fish was expertly prepared and presented in such a beautiful manner. The only criticism that was made was one of out party felt that the duck fat mayo with twit meal was not very flavourful and didn’t add to the meal. All of the food is locally resourced. I will absolutely come back next time I am in town!

First impressions were excellent starting with a great warm welcome from the Hostess. And things stayed 5 star for the whole evening! We were sat at the bar, and quickly moved to a table roughly 30 mins in at 8:30pm. Don’t let the name fool you! The way the name of the restaurant spells their name, you might think of a few ways to say it. RauDZ= Rowdy’s? Rod’s? It is actually a blend of the co-owners’ names and is pronounced ‘Rods’. If you are looking for an amazing group of people that care about the quality of food that is made, the presentation of your meal, all while doing so in a casual yet fun way while also taking care of you, look no further. These guys are professionals at what they do, and enjoy doing it! It has been a while since having a restaurant experience like this, and was truly appreciated!
