Bought a Cannondale Caadx here last fall, rear hub was making weird noises after a few months, took it back to the shop to get the bike warrantied. They had to send my old hub back to the mfg in order to see if I qualify for a replacement under the warranty. Since I didn’t have use of my bike during this whole process, they lent me a wheel in the mean time so that i could keep on riding! That’s pretty awesome service!

Best bike store in Kelowna by far. Pat is the owner. He is fair and knowledgeable. I have been going here for seven years and have purchased two racing bikes, two mountain bikes, folding bike, cross country ski package, tons of accessories, and they have maintained our stuff, too. I adore the place.

Best bike store that I have ever been and It’s not just because the product selection. Mike and all the staff in the store are very helpful, patient and knowledgable.
I will for sure drive again from Vancouver to Kelowna to purchase my next bike or a bike for my kids!
Thanks guys for helping me find the coolest guy ever and tell the owner that I am really sorry for crashing his bike.
Me and my wife were so stressed after I was pushed off the road and you really made me feel that your concern was my well being and not the bike.

Super friendly, knowledgable staff! I got my beautiful lime green Electra bike here June 2009, and the sales, service & after care have all been great! Great group of people working there!
