Very well organized and efficiently run. Appointments can be made during the busy times (late fall for winter tire installation, and spring for tire changing) but they usually book a few weeks out. Your best bet is to be there when they open and if you’re the first or second one through the door they’ll have you on your way in about an hour for a tire changeover. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices for tire related items are reasonable, I have found their quoted prices for other items a little more expensive than even the dealer run service departments. For tires however, I go nowhere else — these guys a great. Oh, and they also have a shuttle van that can drop you off and pick you up.

Wow! Great Canadian service! I was leaving Kelowna headed back to the States and realized I had not one but 2 nails in my tire. It was a 4 hour wait, which would have really set me behind in my trip home. Kal tire decided to squeeze me in among the many winter tire customers. They got me on the road in a half hour. To top it all off they didn’t even charge me. Amazing service! Would completely recommend them. This was in Oct 2011.
