My boyfriend and I were in there pretty late at night and sat in the lounge. We were served really fast and have a great server: one of the best I have ever had. The food was also really good. Their gluten free pizza is fantastic.

Boston, I mean Vancouver, Pizza is always a pretty good meal. If I had a wish, I would bring their prices down a notch… I love the fact they want to change their name for the playoffs between Boston Bruin and Vancouver Canucks!!! It was my birthday, and they gave me free Ribs!!! We all were satisfied with service, portions and atmosphere!!!

Date Visited: Thursday 9÷9÷10(Dinner) I was staying at a hostel just down the street, so this was one of the closest restaurants in sight. I had almost gone to a Boston Pizza in Banff, but opted elsewhere. Since my group was having a salmon dinner back at the hostel, I was on my own and walked down to this location. It’s a busy restaurant, but I was seated right away. It’s a decent menu for a vegetarian like me. I thought I was going to have the pizza, but after asking what the server suggested, went with the Tuscan Linguini. For $ 13.25, I was hoping for something to fill me up. According to the menu, this dish is «Whole wheat linguini noodles tossed with pomodoro sauce, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and sautéed spinach.» It met my expectations. I was thoroughly stuffed when I waddled out of the restaurant and back to the hostel. The service was the only thing that was just so-so. The server who seated me was ready to take my order as soon as I got my drink, but since it was my first time, I had to ask for a few minutes. It seemed like 15 minutes before she came back to take my order. She didn’t return to re-fill my drink until she came back with my food. It was loud. I kept watching a husband and wife with their little boy, trying to pass the time. I’d probably return whenever there is a Boston Pizza around.

Great food great service for a chain. Food came our undercooked, but the staff fixed it right away… even if they did not discount the pizza on the bill… a shame. I would have given them a 5 otherwize!

This was also my first time @ a Boston Pizza but I was told before hand it is a chain so my expectations are a bit different. Came here on a weekend evening with a LARGE group(12+ adults and kids) and was seated much quicker than I expected. The hostess dished out some crayons crayons and paper while we waited for the little ones quickly too :) My food was decent and I didn’t hear any complaints at my table. Our waitress seemed a bit new but friendly and attentive all the same. She brought out extra water and ice tea so we didn’t have to wait around too much, aaannnndddd the tickets were correct the first time around too :) Alex is right though, the portions are BIG! So a few of us boxed up some food before we dug in and set it aside, out of mind ;) Remembering I had extra for lunch the next day was nice, especially since the prices are a little higher than I’m used to. I’m not a huge fan of any chain restaurant, I really enjoy doing the local business thing as much as possible. With that being said this Boston Pizza was definitely more than decent in my opinion.

This was my first time at a Boston Pizza and I was quite disappointed. Service was very poor considering we were the only ones in the restaurant. The price is noticeably higher than the quality of the food. The portions are huge, often resulting in people stiuffing themselves. The pasta I ordered was not only way too hot to eat when it arrived(had to wait 10 minutes before digging in) but had a very watery sauce as well. I can get far superior pasta from any small pasta place for $ 10 instead of the $ 15 I paid here. That was my first, and hopefully last time eating at Boston Pizza.
