I specialize in high quality piano tuning and repairs. I also perform state of the art rebuilding including action, soundboard, bridge and pinblock replacement. I sell new Weber pianos and other used pianos.

History

Established in 1987.

Huntsville Piano Works was established in 1987. I acquired it in 1992. I’ve been servicing all of the high end pianos in the area ever since. I currently tune for the Algonquin Theatre in Huntsville, the Gravenhurst Opera House, the Rene Caisse Theatre in Bracebridge, the Charles Stockey Centre in Parry Sound, the Northern Lights Pavilion in Haliburton ans the Capitol Centre in North Bay. I also tune for many piano teachers, schools and churches and am well known as an active member in the music community.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim S.

Business Owner

Tim has been musically active since childhood. He has a music degree from Concordia University. He has a diploma in piano technology from George Brown College. He was an active member of the Montréal music scene. He has played professionally in many different settings. His most memorable performance was a five night stint with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. He maintains pianos for many professional musicians and teachers, as well as concert pianists. He works for many «celebrity» clients on the Muskoka Lakes.
