We offer original creations, unique gifts from over 35 artisans, displayed among unusual vintage home décor & gift items. We carry wood & metal craft, needlecraft, handmade jewellery, cards & soy candles, paintings, repurposed creations, new and refinished furniture & so much more. Outdoor sales events happen throughout the summer months.

History

Established in 2014.

Find Your Green opened on June 9, 2014. Our focus has been to provide awareness to our local attractions and talent by hosting The Harrow and Colchester Welcome Centre and providing a venue for local artists to showcase and sell their art. We have grown to over 60 local artisans who contribute to the inventory. We are a private venture that provides a physical location in Harrow for travellers and area residents to learn all what is happening in and around this beautiful area. Find Your Green is the venue for visitors to shop for something handcrafted that is truly «Essex County». Our focus continues to expand with plans in 2015 for an onsite farmers’ market and plans to work with local business to expand their online presence. We work with local charities and organizations to aid in their efforts at fundraisers and events. We are all about «local».

Sheila H.

Business Owner

Sheila retired from a career in nursing to concentrate on building awareness of the community she loves and has lived in for over 25 years. With her family grown, with children of their own, she focuses her time and efforts on working with others to make a difference in the community. She currently sits on the Arts, Culture and Tourism Committee for the Town of Essex and openly professes her love for the area and belief in all that it has to offer and the potential it holds.
