I have been meaning to visit this shop for some time now and after finally getting over for a power steering flush I am so glad I did. The shop is small but mighty mostly because it houses 2 red seal certified automotive service technicians and one of them being the owner. His name is Ian and he is very knowledgeable. I like to understand my suv and its needs then shop for a mechanic and let them know what I want done. However if I ever had to ask «What is wrong with my car» then I would go see Ian. I have had trouble in the past finding honest good advice. It really sucks when you find out after the fact. Oh they should have checked my factory driven 28,000 km roters for wear before replacing them with garbage that warps in less then a trip to the grocery store. One good reason why Ian gets 5 stars from me on Unilocal.He let me watch allowed me into the bay told me to not get in the way and let me watch the whole job and ask questions. This is a far stretch from other shops I have been to. I have been told to stay out of the bay for all sorts of reason at other places «not covered for insurance, you may get hurt» blah blah. Whatever I don’t care I want to see the work and what the hack is getting done so these guys let me watch everything. I am really happy and plan on returning to get my next few jobs done real soon. Oh and they even let me use my own fluids and only charged me for labor. This shop has great prices great owner and so far great work. They were not even that busy today. Get over to this shop people. Oil change whatever you need they will hook you up.
