Martha’s Pizza 2

Every single time I order at this location, they tell me how many minutes it will be and I usually give them an extra 10 minutes on top of that and I’m ALWAYS left waiting for my pizza. It’s never ready when go there for pick up! No apologies ever given by this location!
They messed up our pizza order and gave us something that we didn’t order at all, and they couldn’t be bothered to tell us, or ask us to verify if it’s what we indeed ordered.
Something was also wrong with the garlic fingers we ordered. They’re usually flat but these ones looked like we ordered a pizza that had a high rising dough throughout, with some serious dough bubbles about 1 – 2 inches high, like crust, but on the entire order of garlic fingers. It was ridiculous looking, not what garlic fingers are suppose to look like at all. We also asked for bacon on them, and if they put on a half handful, that was it, and that’s being generous! Must be a new cook because between the garlic fingers & the screw up on the pizza, this place wasn’t worth the $$ this time around.
Completely ruined our dinner.
Their website says to «Please email us with any Concern or feedback! This is important to us and our customers are encouraged to do so!» You get a reply from a person who doesn’t care, and no follow-​up to it either!
There’s other pizza places just down the road that we’re willing to try next time instead.

There are two listings for this place, so I am reviewing both. Terrible customer service here. Ordered a pizza and waited almost an hour. Called to make sure it would arrive soon and was told by the person on the phone (who had also taken the order) that the pizza had not even been made yet and that we had only ordered twenty minutes prior. First off, it had been 51 minutes according to an actual clock. Secondly, even if it had been less time, shouldn’t the pizza have at least been made yet?!! The person on the phone sounded like they couldn’t have been over the age of 13. My guess, the order hadn’t even been placed properly in the first place by this adolescent. We cancelled and ordered from Peppertonis instead. Pizza arrived in 20 minutes and it was delicious. We will never make the mistake of calling the children at Martha’s again.

Fabulous pizzas! Saw great reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. My new pizza place!

Great pizza and friendly staff. One of the last pizza places I’ve seen that still uses the old fashioned pizza over (not a conveyor belt). Crust is crispy, sauce excellent. Not much from atmosphere if you eat in but they do have several tables. We order from here too much :)

So happy they came out to Hammonds Plains from Millcove Plaza. They have brought some of the best tasting pizza around, the crust is traditional, and can be cornmeal dusted if requested, sauce is key, and they nailed it. Better than the generic pizza places around here.
The other guys should be taking notes… I won’t drop any names.
They have specials daily and the staff are real down to earth people! Happy to provide them business. I might just call them right now… :)
