History

Established in 1998.

Bakeries in Hamilton, ON have carried the Weil’s name since early in the last century. Upon taking the reins, Sandy Zimmerman and Catherine Tompkins renamed the bakery «Weil’s of Westdale» to honour the Weil’s tradition of fine baking. We have combined this history with a contemporary eye to tastes, techniques and trends.
