I went here for my friend’s bachelorette party and really enjoyed it! There were 5 of us and we all either got a manicure, pedicure, or both. The spa offers a lot of treatments and is very clean and big — it’s beautiful inside. As we were getting our manicures and pedicures they allowed us to eat food and drink champagne(both of which we brought on our own — we had called in advance). My manicure turned out great and lasted about a week without any chipping and about two weeks before I needed to remove the polish. I was very happy with my experience there and the one girl who was working there had started that very day and she was awesome. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and they do a great job and take pride in their work. I gave Vivienne’s only four stars only because in our group of 5, we had to be split into three and two. They couldn’t do our manicures and pedicures at the same time because of lack of stations to do so, and our bachelorette party was split up(which means two of the girls weren’t even with the bride during our time at the spa). We had called in advance, booked our appointments and explained our situation so this was a bit disappointing to find out when we arrived. Overall, if you are looking to get a spa treatment and feel like a princess while doing so, definitely check out Vivienne’s. If you are looking to go with a group of more than three, you may want to check out somewhere else. (Esthetics by Angela Marie on Upper Wentworth gave us the same treatments for around the same price for about 10 people, all at the same time — pedicures downstairs and manicures upstairs. However, I’m not sure how lenient they are with food and champagne there)!
