Visited the restaurant around 9:30PM last night. I went with a friend, and ordered appetizers. I ordered the chicken rolls with corn and vegetables inside, served with a sweet/spicy sauce, and they were to die for. Cooked to perfection, the flavour was outstanding. The waitress was curious and quick, even for that late at night. I ordered a cottage country drink, which was a disgusting mix of pomegranate and bourbon, which in my opinion was horrible. The waitress grabbed me a martini instead, which was tasty. Overall, I give this place 5⁄5 for the service and food.

I had one of their seasonal specials, the BBQ Kimchi sandwich. Very good. Came with house made chips that were a little salty. Service left a bit to be desired. I was sitting at the bar, which had about 3 people at it. Only came here because I was at the Marriott and it was within walking distance. They had Guinness on tap, so that was a plus.

Went in today to have a few drinks before going to the Keg for Dinner. We order 4 drinks and 2 of them were wrong… Not made wrong, but the completely wrong drink was brought to us. When the correct drink was brought over, it was in a very small champaign flute(cost was $ 7) and was missing the raspberries that the menu said the drink had. Once we told them we were there for drinks and no food, I felt completely ignored. I also think they should change up they’re drink menu. Has been the same forever and it’s a little boring. Over all a disappointment and over priced. Save yourself the time and just go to Kelsey’s.

Always good service and food. Even my kids love it! Excellent place for the whole family, honestly! I appreciate how accommodating they can be to substitutions/exceptions to menu items and find it reasonably priced. If and when there has ever been a problem, the staff and management team have been more than accommodating and professional. The restaurant is always clean and presentable. It might be our absolute favourite place to eat. Both the Upper Centennial and Upper James locations are great, with the first being slightly better because of an excellent wait staff. Plus, they have the best dessert anywhere, their skor brownie is delicious and a very generous portion!!! So good!

I was in Hamilton over the weekend at a slopitch tournament. My team came here to eat lunch in between games. We were a rather large party of 15, and we were seated and our orders were taken quickly and efficiently by 2 servers. Drinks came out pretty quickly. We had asked for the food to be served as it’s ready because we were on a bit of a time crunch. But food still took quite a long time to come out of the kitchen. I ordered the Pot Roast. This was a really good sandwich. There was a lot of cheese in it and that’s always a plus in my books. The only complaints I have about it are, they meat was a bit chewy for a sandwich, and the portion size was a bit small for $ 14.99. It only came with a small coleslaw. My bf ordered wings and they tasted alright, but they were pretty tiny and dry. Also quite expensive. Overall the meal was okay but a little overpriced for what it is.

Food was good. But the amount of time it took to get it wasn’t. As well… the wait staff were miserable!

I was in Hamilton wondering what to eat for lunch and stumbled upon this place(4÷3÷2014) because i missed the Red Hill exit. I order the Turkey and Goat cheese on Naan and my friend ordered the chicken taco. Over 30 min for a sandwich was a little long to wait considering it was not that busy. Okay lets get to the point for ALL restaurant chains that create a façade that they are upscale(keg, milestones, ext.) No way is $ 13.99 justifiable for a handful of fries and turkey and cheese on a pita!!! My friends tacos which consisted of some kind of chicken of the sea mixture. 2 tacos $ 14…ever heard of Chipotle Grill??? When the come in abundance to Canada this place will be boarded up. The server was okay and it should be there was like 8 or 10 them for such average day. Word to the wise eat here with caution… food is average but over priced for what you are getting… I started to think i was in Niagara Falls.

The food’s half decent. The beer’s cold. It’s a mostly clean restaurant. But the service is definitely hit-and-miss. I’ve had great service there before — but my most recent visit was an in and out. Took way too long for somebody to come seat us, so we left and ate somewhere else.

The KEG was closed at lunch which is how we ended up here. Overall there was nothing to really complain about, nor anything special. Had steak cooked as ordered, salad dish was good. Wine and beverages were timely. Not disappointed, just not stellar either. Will try again hope it’s better next time.

The service here is all over the place. Some days it is really fast and others it is extremely slow. The food is always really good and the 3 cheese dip is amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, and there is usually a few sports games on tv in the bar and dining room. Turtle Jack’s offers a rewards card(TLC card) which collects 1 point for every $ 1 spent. Once you obtain 125 points, you receive $ 10 toward your meal. Despite the service being sporadic, this is my favorite restaurant. The food is the reason I go, and it’s worth it.

Again one of the many franchise restaurants that«specializes» in everything. Service was helpful, had 2lbs of the supposed extra hot wings, which were good but nothing too spicy. Also had a calamari app and a pint that was decent as well. Other than that, seems like it would be a neat place to hang out on the large patio out front with tequila and/or corona in the summer.
