Established in 1989.

When Alan Spergel first envisioned our company in 1989, his priority was to ensure that every single person who walked through our door to resolve their debt problems was treated with respect, compassion and superior client service. Business Owner

Trevor has been practicing in Hamilton and southwestern Ontario for 20 years. A licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, Trevor has broad experience in both commercial and consumer insolvency engagements. Trevor strongly believes in our firm’s ability to help people in our community resolve their financial difficulties. He brings a professional and practical approach to each situation and is able to offer innovative solutions for problems. He prides himself on always being available to his team and his clients, and he strongly believes in providing the best client experience possible.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Professionals (OAIRP) and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Hamilton. He also has appeared on the CHCH Morning Live discussing solutions for today’s individual and corporate debtors.
