We also carry all the additional items you may need for your pets like cages, food, toys leashes, collars, tanks, filters, medications and so much more. Please note that we sell a large variety of top quality dog and cat foods from manufactuers like Orijen, Acana, Canidae, Natural Balance, Pro Plan, Eukanuba, Iams, Science Diet, Ideal Balance, Blue Buffalo, Taste of the Wild, Diamond Naturals, Oven Baked Tradition, Nutrience, Lifetime and Royal Canin as well as our own very popular Ruffin’s Choice Natural and Q Holistic brands.

We also offer grooming 7 days a week with 3 experienced groomers, call for an appointment

History

Established in 1981.

Ruffin’s Pet Centres, Hamilton opening in 1987, being one of the early locally owned franchises first established as a small family owned pet store in a little town not far from Hamilton called Duncanville in 1981. Since then Ruffin’s has grown to a chain of 12 stores throughout southern Ontario with each store owned and operated by a local franchisee who loves pets as much as our customers do.

Ruffin’s continues to be a Canadian company locally owned and operated. Our private label pet foods, Ruffin’s Choice Natural and Q Holistic and made locally with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
